Unlike traditional architecture firms, we don’t hand off the build to a third party. At Blok, we control the entire process. After a $450 on-site consultation, we move into the Master Plan phase ($10K), where we explore spatial configurations, materials, and site response.
Once your design is locked in, our manufacturing team takes over—constructing the home in modules inside our controlled factory. These are then delivered to site, installed with minimal disruption, and finished to architectural standards.
